It’s Meal Planning Monday #200!
TWO HUNDRED!
This should mean that we always know what to make for dinner, right?! 🙂
Seriously friends, I love sharing my recipes with you. Feeding our families together every night inspires me more than you know. I love sitting at the table and catching up with my crew and I know you do too. I’m hoping my simple little recipes are making that easier for you. If you want to go back and look through all 200, click HERE.
Today, I’m home from my weekend trip, catching up on life and will be back tomorrow to announce the big winner of my $500 Nordstrom Gift Card Giveaway. In the meantime, you guys grab a pad and pen and jot down your shopping list. I have a fall-tastic Meal Planning Monday for you this week. Sending so much love from my kitchen to yours!!!
Happy 200!
Mmmmm…Monday and Margarita Chicken Soup. I love soup season. It’s my favorite 🙂 . This recipe is so simple because the slow cooker does all of the work.
Every year, I make a savory pumpkin dish for supper. Pumpkin pairs PERFECTLY with savory dishes. This Pumpkin & Sausage Ravioli Bake will get you in the mood for fall.
Wednesdays call for something simple and fun…so my Pizza Quesadillas totally fit the bill. All you need is a big green salad to round out your hump day dinner.
Apple Chicken Meatballs for the win! A little grated apple makes these easy meatballs taste just a little bit like fall.
Wrap up your week with my Beef & Ale Shepherd’s Pie. So many yummy flavors all in one bowl.
For something sweet this week…
…my Rustic Apple Cranberry Pie or…
…my Pumpkin Spice Coffee Cake (which makes an excellent breakfast too!).
Happy Monday! I hope you all have a wonderful day!

The sides always get me! When you say, a green salad…what’s in yours? ? Thank you for making meal planning so much easier and fun!
Mix and Match Mama says
We do it several different ways: a Caesar, a romaine with avocado and tomatoes or maybe a romaine with dried fruit and nuts and bleu (or goat) cheese. Something like that!

I usually find a one or two recipes my family will enjoy in your Meal-Planning Monday posts, but I think I’m going to try ALL OF THESE! These are all so family-friendly – I love it! Today I’m too busy to hit up the store so your pizza quesadillas will fit the bill because I already have all the ingredients. 😉 Congrats on 200!
