It’s going to be an extra fun day, friends!!!
Early this morning, my dad and I boarded a plane for Boston to see the Sox play game four in the first round of the play offs!
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeks! I AM SO EXCITED!!!!
Game tonight, home tomorrow…crazy fast BUT SO MUCH FUN!
In the meantime, I have a theme for our week in meals. Ready? Here we go…
Meatless Monday
Taco Tuesday
Waffle Wednesday
Slow Cooker Thursday
Sloppy Joe Friday
I love a good theme 🙂 .
Enjoy your day! I’ll be back tomorrow with two posts, but in the meantime, I’m in the sky! Happy Monday! GO SOX!!!!!!
Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese for your meatless Monday! Not only will your family not miss the meat, they won’t even notice the squash. #promise
If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times…once you bake a taco, you simply cannot go back. My Green Chile Chicken Baked Tacos will make you a believer.
You could also call Waffle Wednesday Wacky Wednesday…because it’s wacky (and fun!) to have breakfast for dinner. My Bacon & Avocado Scrambled Eggs over Waffles will have you lovin’ hump day.
Cheesy Turkey Enchiladas for your Turkey Thursday!
And your week should end with my Sloppy Joe Quesadillas. Everything about these taste like the weekend.
And of course you need something pumpkin this week! My Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Bars are just what you need!
Have a wonderful week friends!

How anyone can still miss the meat in mac n cheese when there’s butter squash instead is beyond me. Great idea for making good use of the fall produce!
