I’m going to be honest, I was not going to blog today because, hello? I’m still coming off of Halloween. BUT I found these jeans and have been loving them and thought, I’d do an old-fashioned Outfit of the Day post instead 😉 . One outfit with some fun pieces that we can wear all fall and winter long.
Let’s work backwards now, shall we?
So, this is my final outfit. My new jeans (more on those in just a bit), my over the knee boots, a sweater (yes, the same one I showed you last week but in cream because IT IS SO AMAZING!), and my little jacket from the Anniversary Sale 2016 (similar one HERE). All things I love.
Here it is without the jacket. Remember the sweater from Friday…
I just loved it so much, I went back and grabbed cream too.
These boots are Steve Madden which means THEY’RE COMFY! Amen.
Look how cute the back of the boots are!
I was getting my hair highlighted last week and lamenting to my stylist/friend that I’m so sad that Gap has been disappointing me these days. Remember how much I used to love Gap? Remember??? I was a Gap addict! But they have realllllly been letting me down. Anyway, we were chatting about Gap when she told me that Old Navy was the new Gap. I was like, really? And she was like, YES! Then she pointed to the super cute jeans she had on and told me they were from Old Navy. I. Loved. Them.
I thought the distressing was fun and the price was PERFECT! She told me to size down, so I did, and they fit like a glove! I have worn them now three times and am so pleased!
So, that’s it. I love my new jeans and wanted you to know about it 🙂 . I bought “dark worn” wash but they in many other colors (black, gray, red, white, etc). Then just yesterday, I looked over at Gap and saw that they had some of their holiday stuff out…and it made me happy because the stuff was pretty cute. I ordered a few things, so we’ll see. Gap always shines this time of year…maybe they’ll be shining again this holiday season?! I’ll keep you posted 🙂 .
Happy November, friends!
