It’s Meal Planning Monday…er, I mean Tuesday.
Four supper recipes, one dessert and a breakfast item too.
Here’s hoping your week is off to a great start! xo
Cowboy Stew is easy to whip up on a busy weeknight. And isn’t that what we’re looking for? Easy on a weeknight.
My Chicken Chili Tacos are prepared in the slow cooker, so they are super simple to pull together. I would say we eat some sort of taco at least once a week. They’re always a crowd pleaser at my house!
This Sweet Potato & Sausage Hash was a HUGE hit with my family!! And bonus, it takes no time at all to pull together. Whether you make this for dinner or brunch, you have to try it!
And finish off your week with my Pizza Lasagna. It’s the best of both worlds in one easy recipe.
Raise your hand if you’re getting excited about St. Paddy’s Day!
My Butterscotch Beer Bars are the perfect addition to your celebration…or just a really yummy bar for you to make this week 🙂 .
Finally, if you’re looking for something to make for breakfast this week then you should try my Lemon Raspberry Scones. These are perfect with coffee (or chocolate milk!).
Happy Tuesday, friends!

The Cowboy Stew looks interesting! It would be perfect for a themed party, too. 🙂

Shay! Just made your BBQ chicken taquitos from the simmers cookbook. So easy, so delicious, and my kids were begging me to make them again before we even finished the meal! Thanks for the great recipe from this busy mom in Tennessee!
