2 pounds ground beef
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 a large onion, grated (I used a cheese grater)
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 (8 oz) can of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning blend
1 (24 oz) bottle of your favorite spaghetti sauce
chopped parsley to garnish, optional
Remove from oven and garnish with a little more Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Look who was ready for me to stop photographing her supper and start serving it instead…
…and yes, she was still in her pjs at dinnertime. Hahaha!
