So, this recipe is an oldie. I actually posted it once before five years ago! My mom makes this Lemonade Pie all the time during the summer, so last week when Ashby asked to make a pie with me (and I had no real pie ingredients in the house at that moment), I referred back to this one and we whipped it up in two seconds. Because this isn’t even baking…this is letting your five year old stir together three ingredients and pour it into a pre-made graham cracker crust.
This summer, when you’re wanting something super easy and just a step harder than taking the wrapper off a popsicle, then here you go. It’s so darn good too 🙂 .
Shopping List
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled (we didn’t even chill it this time!)
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, that’s been in the fridge (not freezer)
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, keep frozen
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, chilled (we didn’t even chill it this time!)
1 (12 oz) container Cool Whip, that’s been in the fridge (not freezer)
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, keep frozen
1 pre-made graham cracker crust
In a bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients with a spoon. Pour into prepared pie shell. Keep in fridge until you’re ready to serve.
Um, yeah. Adult supervision wasn’t even required. It’s that easy.
Happy Hump Day! xo

Love this pie! We will also use pink lemonade concentrate to make a pretty pink pie sometimes. Our summer dessert go to.

I picked up everything at the store today and just bought “regular” sizes of everything but my frozen lemonade is 12oz and my cool whip is 8oz. Just confirming that I need more Cool Whip and only half the lemonade. Thanks!!!
Mix and Match Mama says
Yes, so use a little less of the lemonade concentrate and the whole Cool Whip. Enjoy!

This sounds so refreshing and super simple! Def adding it to my list to try. I bet you could even add in some strawberries for a strawberry lemonade pie! Yum!

Had to stop on my way home to get stuff to make this.

I showed this to my mom and she said it’s all she wants for Mother’s Day! I went to the store today though and they only had 12 oz cans of frozen lemonade concentrate and 8 oz of Cool Whip. Is that okay or do I need more / less of each ingredient? Thank you!! ?

Adjust! She’ll love it!!
