Merry Christmas!


Friends, I wish I could send each and every one of you a Christmas card.  From the bottom of my heart, I am wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas!  God bless you this holiday season and into 2019.  I am taking a break from work and blogging to spend some sweet uninterrupted family time with these five people.  I will be back here in blog world on January 7th.  From now until then, sending you my love.   Merry Christmas, everyone!

Jesus is the reason for the season.  It is my prayer that if you don’t have a personal relationship with Him, that this holiday season, you stop and consider it.  He is the one that fills me with joy, hope, peace and love.  He is my Savior and Redeemer.  He is Lord.

By the grace and I mean truly Grace if God he is sober and he knows Jesus. I can’t tell you how many times I read your hopeful posts. Cried while making one of your recipes and wanted so badly for our prodigal to come back. Thank you for your presence and for being a light in the world. Your witness matters.     Funny… But I have Kennedy’s shoes. I have am a 6 & 1/2, and can wear children’s sizes!!! I cannot wear high heels anymore, and so these are a go to for me!

    You may not get this til next year but I made the candy cane bundt cake and the frosting was super thick. I checked to see if I was supposed to add milk but it wasn’t listed. Is that correct? (Just in case I decide to make it next year.) Thanks for sharing your beautiful family with us!
