Ohhhhh! I’m excited about today’s post because, it’s not even a recipe, it was YOUR idea!
Remember back in February when I posted this…
Well, many of you told me to make this…
…it’s their turkey meatballs with…
…a jar of their Pepper Jelly.
You all told me to do it, and so, we’ve been doing it!
Friends, it’s the easiest little supper EVER!
Here’s all I did…
…I opened up my slow cooker, added in two packages of their turkey meatballs (you could do one package, but my people eat a lot of meatballs), add in one jar of their Pepper Jelly along with about 2 cups of ketchup. I covered and cooked them on low about 5 hours. Then, when it was time for dinner, I heated up their Riced Cauliflower and served the meatballs on top with some chopped green onions.
Literally, it was as easy as that.
May is kind of crazy around here, so we need as many of these meals as possible, so thank YOU for sharing this idea with me!
Happy eating!!!

We love their Party Size Meatballs too.

Hi, If I only use one bag of meatballs should I just use half of the pepper jelly jar and 1 cup of ketchup? Thank you.

I think you could go either way. I don’t think you’ll regret using the whole jar of jelly (most people told me to use it with one bag of meatballs), but I thought there was enough sauce to stretch it to two bags.

Was the spice level ok for kids?
Mix and Match Mama says
It’s not spicy at all!!! My kids devour it every time I make it!
Becca says
So their meatballs have any dairy in them?
Mix and Match Mama says
I do not think so!

Hey another quick dinner idea is taking bell pepper and onion, marinade it in Paul Newman balsamic salad dressing, and cook it in an out door grill basket. We love this! It is so simple and so yummy. We serve this either with rice or with sausage. We will have to try your idea for the meatballs thanks!
