This post is sponsored by Our Place and Shop Style, and friends, I’m so excited about it! Their Always Pan is back in stock!
You know I’m really selective with my collaborations, but I had read so many great reviews about the Always Pan from Our Place, that I jumped on the chance to receive one and share the details with you here on my blog. As we head into Spring, if you’re like me, you’re ready for a refresh, and perhaps diving head first into some serious Spring cleaning. Why not start with the place in your home where you likely spend the most time…your kitchen! With the Always Pan from Our Place, you can upgrade those old pots and pans and join the future of cooking without the hassle of prolonged clean-up This do-it-all wonder is designed to replace 8 traditional pieces of cookware, so you can focus your energy on more important things than the pile up in your sink. Plus, bonus, they’ve offered my readers a code for 10% off! Make sure you enter SHAY10 when you checkout.
It didn’t take long for me to realize why Our Place and their cult-favorite-best-selling Always Pan is all the rave right now. I was completely intrigued and excited to pull mine out of the box and see how functional it all was. It’s essentially 8-in-1:
-
-
-
-
- Skillet
- Non-stick pan
- Saucier
- Fry Pan
- Spatula rest (no more messy counters!)
- Colander
- Steamer (great for a healthy one-pot meal)
- Saute Pan

I thought a great first recipe for me to try in it would be my Simple Sausage Peppers & Onions.
I took my new pan and turned it from this to…
…this to…
…this! Dinner in one skillet all nice and browned with my spatula never one time touching anything but the pan.
Not only is this recipe simple, but it’s one of my family’s VERY favorite weeknight dinners. It was a great way to test out the Always Pan for a one pot supper. Not only was our dinner delish, but it was super easy to clean up afterwards too!
You guys know how much I love cooking dinner for my family and having that time around the table each night, so when I read this about Our Place, I instantly knew it was a brand I could really support: At Our Place, we believe sharing a home-cooked meal is foundational to connection. We make products that connect people over home-cooking. Our collections are new heirlooms from the cultures and places that make up the fabric of the modern kitchen. We believe that there is a transformative power in uplifting the differences in how people cook and eat together. Our hope is that telling stories of tradition will bring the disparate edges of our world closer together.

- The Always Pan is great for one pot meals, less pots means less clean up!
- The steamer basket is great for steaming veggies and dumplings
- The non-toxic pan is safe for my family and the ultra-slick nonstick pan makes cleanup a breeze
- The dishes and cups are stackable, great space saving design

Here are some other TIPS & TRICKS I have for you:
- How to keep the non-stick lasting long?
- They recommend cooking on low to medium low heat as high heat over a long period of time can degrade the quality of the non-stick. That said, the occasional sear is totally fine! Their cast aluminum body is designed to heat quickly and evenly distribute energy so you shouldn’t need to cook higher than medium for most of your cooking needs. Better design = better heat distribution.
- They also recommend using non-aerosol, high smoke point oils and fats like refined coconut, avocado, peanut, and clarified butter (like ghee). An oil’s “smoke point” refers to the point at which the oil gets too hot and begins to break down (and smoke). When this happens it can leave behind residue that is difficult to clean. Oils with a high smoke point at ~400-520°F, like extra virgin olive, refined coconut, avocado, peanut oils and ghee will work best. Of course, if you’re overheating your pan and using high heat for extended periods, it might cause some of those same issues regardless of the oil/fat you’re using.
- Lastly, they recommend waiting until the Always Pan has cooled before submerging it in water as extreme temperature changes could cause deterioration to the non-stick coating.
So many of my recipes would work great in the Always Pan, and so far, we have loved using it (plus, just look how pretty it is?!). I selected mine in blue salt and then…
…I love their Always Pan Bundle which includes four glasses, four plates and four bowls along with the Always Pan.
I know this might sound silly to some, but for me, this was huge…my Always Pan Bundle arrived in boxes that were so easy to open! I didn’t even need scissors to open each box (they had pull tabs) and everything was packed so nice and neat not taking up too much room (creating huge boxes) and nothing was chipped or broken. I don’t know how many times I’ve ordered fragile things only to have them arrive broken or so wrapped up in excessive wrapping that it takes forever to open. As funny as it sounds, the packaging alone really made me happy!
I selected their glass in the dusk and the bowls and plates in steam.
I’m very pleased!!
Don’t forget, if you decided to order, make sure you use promo code SHAY10 for ten percent off your order!
As I make more recipes and use my pan more often, I’ll continue to share it here on my blog! Thanks for collaborating with me today Our Place! It’s been so much fun cooking with your Always Pan! xo

I think like any skillet, it depends on how much you put in there, but it easily fit my sausage, peppers and onions recipe!

Super random question – what is in your iceberg salad? Looks delish. Always looking for easy salad recipes around here!!
Mix and Match Mama says
That is a Trader Joe’s salad kit (I think the Southwest one?).
MJ says
Is it safe for glass cooktops?
Mix and Match Mama says
I was told that it would work on glass!!
Amy Jarrell says
Does it work on induction cook tops? Will a magnet stick to the bottom? This indicates if it would work.
Mix and Match Mama says
I only cook with gas, but I was told that yes, it will work!
Allyson says
I use my Always pan EVERY SINGLE DAY. Seriously! You’ll never use another pan for scrambled eggs again!

Yes!!! I’ve been making my breakfast in it each morning…amazing!!
Alexa Jae says
I bought my mom one for Christmas in the blue color that you have but then they recently came out with a limited edition red one which is her favorite color so she bought the red and gave me the blue! It is my new favorite toy. I admit that I hate cooking but this make is enjoyable knowing that there won’t be a huge mess to clean afterward
Kasi says
Hmm. I am definitely intrigued by some of its features but don’t most recipes on the stove need to be cooked over med-med/high heat?
Mix and Match Mama says
So far, I haven’t adjusted any of my temps just to use this pan. I’ve been cooking away per usual.
Alana Powers says
Do you still love it?
Mix and Match Mama says
Yes! My favorite part is the spoon rest.
