Oh my word, how have I not posted this here on my blog? I had a reader ask me yesterday where my Easy Guacamole video was, and after looking and looking, I realized that I have it saved to my Stories as a highlight, but not here as a post. Friends, I bet we make this at least twice (if not three times!) a week. All four of my kids looooove guacamole, and Andrew and I do too. So, you can always make the traditional Tab’s Guacamole if you have time, but if you’re looking for something even easier (and that’s easy!), try this one!
Just in time for Cinco de Mayo 🙂 .
I went ahead and pinned many so many of my easy Tex Mex recipes for you on this board here if you want to make something and add some guac 🙂 …

It’s a very simple grilled shrimp salad!! You can season your shrimp anyway you like and then toss it on your salad with your favorite veggies and some guac!

Yum!! Did you use jalapeño sauce and ranch??
Mix and Match Mama says
Always. xx

Leaving one or two of the avocado pits in the quac will help prevent it from turning brown.
Mix and Match Mama says
I’ve never heard of that before!! Trying it tonight!!

I’d suggest lime juice instead. https://www.livescience.com/33660-guacamole-avocado-pit-prevent-brown.html

I like a little bite to my guacamole so I add a little ground red pepper to mine and also add a little lemon juice or lime juice to keep it from turning dark.

Love Guac! Is that just 3 avocados, a half red onion and pinch or two of salt?

Ohhhhhhh, YES! My 18 year old daughter Kellie and myself are the only ones here who like guacamole, and oh, am I okay with that! I could eat guacamole by itself with a spoon! Mmmmm. Thanks so much, Shay, for being so generous with your recipes and techniques and tips! Thanks for being sunshine and a bright spot of joy and matter of fact-ness! You and Andrew and Ashby and family are daily in my prayers!
