Today, Erika and I are BREAKING DOWN DIET!
Yeah…but don’t be scared! This isn’t really about dieting AT ALL…it’s about what eat, what we think about food, what types of food we can’t live with and which ones we can’t live without. This isn’t about any sort of actual “diet” it’s just about our food consumption because…after the fitness episode, we received HUNDREDS of diet related questions. As silly as we feel talking about what we eat each day, we know that YOU are curious, so we’re sharing. Brace yourselves though…you will not even begin to guess what Erika ate every morning in college.
