It’s Meal Planning Monday er Tuesday, and I’m excited because it’s the first full week of September!
I hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend! Really, is there anything better than starting the week on a Tuesday?! #ilovefourdayschoolweeks
Here are four suppers your family will enjoy this first week of September…plus YOU will love them too because they’re quick to make and easy to clean up.
Happy Fall, friends!
My Beer Cheese Joes are the perfect way to start your week! It’s a sloppy joe version of a Beer Cheese Chili and it’s delish!
My Sausage & Vodka Pasta is probably my family’s favorite pasta recipe. Don’t let the vodka scare you…it just gives the sauce a great depth of flavor, but it’s perfectly family-friendly.
Come September give me all the apple recipes including my Apple Cider Pork Tenderloin. I serve mine over quinoa but you can serve yours over rice, pasta or even turn it into a sandwich.
Friends, my Meatball Stuffed Acorn Squash is FANTASTIC! Your family will ask you to make this recipe over and over again!
For either breakfast or a snack, whip up my Pumpkin Pecan Muffins!
And for breakfast this week…
…my Sausage & Cornbread Breakfast Casserole (which would make a yummy dinner too!).
That wraps up Meal Planning Tuesday! I hope you had a wonderful Labor Day! xo

For the acorn squash, are the halves roasted cut side up or down? That recipe, and the beer cheese joe’s, are definitely making it on the rotation this week. Looks so good!
Mix and Match Mama says
I do it cut side up! Great question!
