It officially feels like warmer weather is on the way now that it’s May.
Since yesterday I shared my 31 May Meals, today, I’m sharing this week’s meal plan. I have four simple May suppers, one delicious side and a dessert for your week.

My Broccoli Peso Pasta is a delicious meatless meal or the perfect side dish to whatever you want to grill for dinner. It’s so easy that even your kids can make it!
Yum, yum, yum! My Spicy Beefy Rice Bowls are so delish! Now, if you don’t love spicy things, no worries! You can totally omit the sauce at the end for a mild (yet flavorful!) supper.
On Friday, make my Corn & Crab Cake Burgers for dinner! We love a crab cake supper over here and these burgers are always a hit! Nothing says warm weather dining quite like corn and crab. You should totally enjoy it on the patio!
My Roasted Broccoli Salad is so delicious and pairs perfectly with whatever is for dinner tonight!
