Happy Monday, friends!
I have a Meal Planning Monday perfect for your September week.
There’s one slow cooker recipe (that I’ve made three times over the last two weeks!), a little squash, two apple recipes, and two super, super simple weeknight suppers.
This is without a doubt my favorite time of year to be in the kitchen.
Here’s wishing you a wonderful week filled with delicious fall suppers. xx

I have made my EASIEST WEEKNIGHT BRISKET three times over the last two weeks. Not only is it delicious (it is!), but I love that I can pop it in the slow cooker early in the morning and forget about it until we’re ready to eat. My kids especially love this recipe. Trust me, it will be on repeat in your kitchen all fall.
Speaking of fall…

…try my SAUSAGE, PEPPERS, AND ONIONS STUFFED SQUASH this week! This is much easier than it sounds and oh so flavorful for September.

If you love maple recipes in the fall too, then make sure you make my AIR FRYER MAPLE MUSTARD CRISPY CHICKEN. Don’t have an air fryer? No worries! You can make this in the oven too! Don’t forget, I have 20 MUST HAVE MAPLE RECIPES FOR FALL you should check out too!

SLOPPY JOE BOWLS are super simple to whip and always a crowd pleaser. This is a quintessential weeknight meal at our house.
And finally, for your Friday…

…just in time for Oktoberfest, whip up my EASY LITTLE GERMAN SHEET TRAY SUPPER! Crank up the German music, pop open a beer and celebrate the start to your weekend.
Since it’s September, you better be baking all the apple recipes including…

…my delicious APPLE BUTTER BARS. These are so easy and oh so good!
If you’re looking for a breakfast bite for this week…

…try my CIDER SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE. I could eat a piece of this every morning for breakfast. Bonus, this is a great recipe to make in advance too (perfect for weekends and overnight guests). You can also serve this as an easy dinner recipe too. I love this casserole!
Happy Monday! I hope you find a few yummy recipes to try this week. xx

I made your Slipoy Joe Bowls Saturday! 😁
It’s just my husband & me now, but I double the recipe because he will want seconds, and leftovers the next day. It is just so tasty!!

Yay! I’m so happy you made one of my recipes. Thank YOU!

Okay, I just ordered a brisket!! What do you typically serve with it? Thanks!
Mix and Match Mama says
Lately, we have been having BBQ brisket tacos, so we’ve been serving it with guacamole and pico and wrapping them in tortillas. We also serve them sometimes with sweet potatoes and a salad. And sometimes, we’ll make sandwiches.

Hello. I made your cobbler recipe, from last week, on Saturday and it was delicious. I used fresh strawberries since we have a farm nearby where they grow everbearing strawberries late into autumn. I loved buying beautiful strawberries and pretty pumpkins in the same day. Have a good week.

I made your easy week night brisket for dinner tonight OMG it was a hit! Everyone from my 6 year old (very picky eater) to my husband, loved it! The brisket tasted like it would be so hard to make, like I worked on it all day, but it was literally so easy?!! Definitely adding this to our weekly dinners!

Literally in my slow cooker RIGHT NOW! Thank YOU for sharing! xx

These look wonderful. Are your GF recipes labeled as such throughout your collection? I’m trying to help someone find good GF recipes and I don’t want to goof! Thank you!
Mix and Match Mama says
They are! If you go to the righthand side and look under “recipes” you’ll see “gluten-free” and they’re all labeled.
