I love pistachios and I love anything dill, so needless to say, I purchased three bags.

Well, on Monday, I had an appointment at one of the kiddo’s schools and at the last minute, it was cancelled. I was dressed. I had blocked out that hour on my calendar. Sample House is a little gift shop in our area (there are a few locations), and it’s happy all year long, but this time of year, it’s EXTRA happy.
I made myself a coffee for the car ride, listened to Siriusly Sinatra, and then took about 20 minutes just to stroll and admire the pumpkins, fall decor and Halloween things. I left with a candle and a fresh pep in my step.
If you’re a fall girl like me, make sure you’re getting out there and soaking it all up!

You guys, it’s so so good! I have added it to a few afternoon cups of coffee, and it’s delicious. My girls all love it too. She says it also comes in a Holiday Spice flavor as well that’s a bit more cinnamon-y and less pumpkin. Two big thumbs up!

Okay, here’s a little hack I do quite often…
…I wear these inexpensive (yet pretty darn affective) VITAMIN C EYE PATCHES early in the morning when I’m driving to the gym. I pop them on, drive to the gym and pull them off as I’m walking in. My eyes feel hydrated and way more perky to start off my morning. I keep them in my fridge so that they’re nice and cold too. It’s such an easy little detail, but it makes me happy every time I do it.
Yesterday, I shared my TRADER JOE’S SEPTEMBER HAUL. Well, I wanted to show you this little grouping of goodies that I bought for sandwiches this week.
Kensington is really into anything “Caprese”, so when I saw these sandwich buns, I thought they’d be perfect for little Caprese sandwiches. I also bought the “pre-sliced” mozzarella this time around, and it made things EXTRA easy.
Tomato + Basil + Mozzarella + a little Balsamic Drizzle for the weekday win!

I especially love it this time of year. Watching the bakers create spectacular cakes, breads, and other yummy baked goods in the cozy tent while sipping tea and politely chatting is the perfect thing for fall.

A crisp cool 57* in East Tennessee. Got my cozy blanket, my sweet kitty laying beside me, a cup of fall blend coffee, with the creamer that you mentioned above (which is sooo Good and Perfect for Fall) a couple of M&M sausage balls with a bit of Trader Joes pepper jelly to dip my sausage balls in, and reading your Saturday blog. What a great way to start this beautiful Saturday.
The balsamic glaze is one of my many favorite new things that i recently tried from TJ. I find myself putting it on so many things. I will have to look for the sandwich starters when I go again this week. I don’t recall seeing them before.

Happy Saturday! We are currently on the road to see our girl for the first time since she left for college and I feel like it’s Christmas morning! We have lunch, tailgating, and Saturday night football on the agenda. My daughter goes to the same college my husband went AND where he and I met, so we always plan a trip to the “drinking venue” where it all started for us, 25 years ago. It’s a crisp, beautiful almost fall day here in the Blue Ridge Mountains and I can’t stop smiling! 😊

I really need to look for that creamer! It sounds delicious and no fuss for a hint of fall in your coffee! My daughter loves caprese themed sandwiches, or just all of it on a few fancy toothpicks in her lunch. I need to look for those cute little buns at TJ’s! Cheered my daughter on this morning as she ran a 5k to support ALS, which she lost her grandaddy to. Hubby and I rode out to a small town which has a big annual hot sauce festival and it was perfect weather to be outside all day!

I have a real problem with the Califia Pumpkin Spice creamer. My daughter says I am beyond addicted!! I have not seen the organic in my stores here in Virginia. They also have the best Hazelnut but unfortunately it’s either discontinued or seasonal.

Old Navy has really upped their game lately! Also, you should check out AE and Aerie for the perfect sweatshirts. I just ordered a few new for Fall. They’ve become my favorite for cozy, warm sweatshirts. 🥰
