Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 6 cups Cocoa Krispies cereal
- 1 cup peppermint crunch
Instructions
- Grease an 8×8 baking dish (for thicker treats or a 9×12 for thin ones) with a non-stick spray. Set aside.
- Next, add your dry cereal to a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Over medium heat on the stove, melt butter in a sauce pan. Add in marshmallows, stirring until melted.
- Pour this mixture quickly over your cereal. Stir in the peppermint crunch. Mix well and then spread into your prepared baking dish. (Spray a spatula with Pam and press it over the top to get the cereal to stay put in the baking dish.)
- Allow bars at least 10 minutes to set and then cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
You can find Andes Peppermint Crunch on the baking aisle/end caps of most stores during the holiday season and on Amazon year around. You can crush up candy canes as a substitute too.

I had no idea how good these would be. A magical mix of fun flavors that turns into a wonderful seasonal treat. And so easy to make. Everyone loves them! I used the Andes peppermint bark because I could not find the Andes product in your recipe. Any peppermint candy would work great.
