Happy Travel Tuesday, friends!
Today, we’re traveling back to last week when we were in Walt Disney World for Fall Break 🙂 .
Goodness, I love me a Disney vacation.
In the spring, when the schools released their schedules for the 2026/2027 school year, we saw that McKinney ISD did away with their fall break, but the Lovejoy kids still had one. I knew Smith would need to stay home all week for football (and Kensington would be at school), so I asked Erika about us taking just the younger four to Disney while the dads and big kids held down our respective forts. She loved the idea and off we went last week to the Happiest Place on Earth.
The six of us had a super fun few days, and I brought back some pics to prove it 😉 .
On Sunday morning, we decided to carry our luggage on…

…me with my fabulous Beis set (of course!) so that when we landed, we could be…

…off and running! We didn’t even check in to our hotel. We dropped our bags at the bell desk and immediately walked right over to Epcot. We bought Premier Passes for all three days to maximize our time and make sure we could ride every ride. We’ve done this several times now (at Walt Disney World, Disneyland and even Tokyo Disney), and it really makes all the difference.

We zipped all over Epcot riding anything and everything. My all time favorite ride is Cosmic Rewind, but I also adore Frozen and Remy’s too!

I’ve said this a gazillion times, but since his birth, Bowen Slaughter has just been my absolute favorite human. I love that kid so much…and he was SO MUCH FUN with all of us girls on this trip. I could not have had a better time with that sweet boy.

We had dinner reservations at Rose and Crown for dinner that night. We were so hungry, and it felt so good to sit and devour a meal…before getting up and riding a few more things 🙂 .

We stayed at Epcot until it closed at 9:00 and then walked back to our resort to check in…

…this time, we stayed at The Yacht Club.

I hadn’t stayed here since Kensington and Smith were little bitty. It was the PERFECT spot for us.

After a very full day (my alarm had gone off at 3:30 that morning!), it felt amazing to shower and climb into bed…

I took a few pics for you first 🙂 .
The next morning…

…we slept in a bit before hitting the ground running. It was nice to sleep in and not be in a super big rush to get out the door. I think we all met in the lobby at 10:00ish that morning to set out for…

…the ferry boat out the back of The Yacht Club…

…we had GORGEOUS weather while we were in Orlando. It was absolutely perfect.
Do you see our beautiful resort in the background? The theme of this resort is very Nantucket…which speaks to my heart 😉 …

We hopped on the little ferry and headed from The Yacht Club to…

…a day at Hollywood Studios!

It was another full day of rides, shows, and food…

…I took a million videos on this day (I’ll post some in Stories), but my photos were very limited. We stayed at this park until about 7:00-ish (I think) and then headed back to our hotel to have dinner at the restaurant there. We had steak and potatoes and delicious bread pudding and then went to bed. After a full day of rides and fun, we were wiped.

The next morning, I sat out on my balcony (this was the view) and enjoyed my coffee.

We met in the lobby of our hotel around 9:00 for one last epic day at Magic Kingdom…

…FALL + DISNEY is the perfect combination!

These three were living their best lives.

Honestly? We were all living our best lives 🙂 .
The Premier Pass was especially amazing on this day as there are so many rides included. Erika added up how much time we saved using the pass (versus waiting in line), and it was something crazy like 10 to 15 hours each day.

We only had three days, but we could have stayed all week. It was just SO MUCH FUN!
Okay, we love looking at the pics that Disney captures of us and puts on our app. We found them all especially funny, but these were two of our favorites…

…here we are all about to get SOAKED on Tiana’s ride. We were DRENCHED, but we had so much fun.
And then this one made us laugh and laugh…

…what am I doing? Bahahaha! It was pitch black on the Haunted Mansion ride, and it appears I’m getting something out or putting something in my bag, but it looks like I’m posing. Bahahaha! We were dying.
After a huge day at Magic Kingdom…

…we had an 8:00 dinner reservation at Kona at the Polynesian Resort. We devoured sushi and poke bowls before calling it a wrap on our trip to Disney.
You guys, we just couldn’t have had a better time. It was fast and furious and FUN with an extra big dose of fall magic thrown in too.
