Wow! What a super fun weekend!! (And we still have one day to go!)
My one and only picture from Friday night. The 4 of us went to dinner and then went to Willow Bend Mall for the kids to run around in the play area.
Today, we headed off to the Fort Worth Zoo. Super happy girl in the back seat!
Here’s the thing, I think there were approximately 1,456,782 people at the zoo today (my estimation). In my almost 30 years of visiting the Fort Worth Zoo, I have NEVER seen it so crowded. My mom kept insisting that there must be some fabulous promotion that day (like buy one ticket, get one free) to prompt the masses to the park. Nope. Just a Spring Break Saturday. It was C-R-A-Z-Y crowded in the parking lot, but once we got inside, it was actually quite pleasant.

We let Smith read the map and navigate 🙂
Sweet girl peering into the chicken coupe
Thoroughly enjoying her ice cream.
Kensington picked a pink penguin as her souvenir and Smith picked (or K picked for him) a baby tiger.
We changed the kids (and my dad) out of their zoo clothes and headed to Cheesecake Factory for dinner. Don’t these boys have the best taste in apparel? (FYI: 13 days until Opening Day!)
This is what happened during our 4 minute wait for a table.
So, we carried her to the table and this is her asleep on Lovie’s leg under the table. She slept the entire time we ate (and Smith ate both of their chicken nuggets :)).
Happy Saturday!

OH MY SWEET MERCY. That close up of Smith in his little floppy hat is my favorite picture of him EVER. DARLING!

You're comment was so sweet but may I add that your family is beautiful as well and if your kids get any cuter, I'm not sure what I'm going to do! 🙂
I wanted to take Parker to the FW zoo so bad last week but Ryan warned me how crazy crowded it was, so we didn't go. Maybe we'll make it back when it's not so crowded, but by then the heat will have set in! Ha!
