Meal Planning Monday #17

It’s that weird week between Christmas and New Years when you’re not really on your normal schedule, still have parties to attend, and life is well, chaotic.  I have a few basic recipes to get you to next Monday (otherwise known as the day you get back to normal after 5 weeks of holiday fun!).
Enjoy your week!  Lots of love to you!
This Roasted Tomato and Sausage Pasta is a staple at our house.  Andrew requests this meal all the time and I’m always thrilled because it’s easy and yummy!
Baked Burritos are so simple and filling!  This is a simple supper to throw together on busy night.
My Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodles will warm you up and keep you cozy!  Plus, it’s such a simple recipe since the slow cooker does all of the work!

Is there anything equivalent that you can use instead of champagne?

Your baked burritos are a staple at our house!

Try using a sparkling grape juice instead! It would still have a great flavor!

      Thanks. Great idea! 😉

Must try those baked burritos! I'm looking for a few more go-to weeknight meals for when the kids are back in school. These look perfect!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE your slow cooker chicken and noodles. I have made it almost weekly since you first posted it! We like it best with frozen egg noodles. They seem to hold up well in the crockpot. Keep the slow cooker recipes coming-so nice to come home from work and have supper basically ready for us.
