Meal Planning Monday #25

It’s Monday!  We had a gorgeous weekend…but the weather is getting cold again this week.  Just when I think I feel spring approaching, the chance of snow creeps back into my forecast.  Sigh.  This calls for a week of yummy comfort food.
Seriously, go ahead and double my King Ranch Casserole Recipe.  Cover and freeze the other one before baking and then pop it in the oven on another busy night.  I promise you will thank me.  So yummy!
My Slightly Sweet Sloppy Joes are on our weekly rotation often.  They’re simple and fast and get dinner on the table in no time (plus, they’re really good too!).
My Southwestern Sausage Pasta can be made with pork, turkey or chicken sausage.  A fun twist on basic pasta!
Chicken a la King is a really quick supper to throw together on a busy night.  And your family will love it!
Meatball Sliders will knock your socks off.  Yummy as individual sandwiches but also good thrown over pasta too…delicious!
My Hummingbird Bundt Cake is so good.  Seriously out of this world.  If you don’t know what a Hummingbird cake is, then a. you’re probably not Southern and b. you need to read the recipe and discover the beauty that is Hummingbird…it will not disappoint.  Such a moist cake!
The cake mix and frosting used to make my Pink Lemonade Whoopie Pies are seasonal…and this past week, I started seeing them pop up in stores.  If you were ever going to make this recipe…now is the time!  Enjoy!
And our bonus recipe for the week…my little Sausage and Egg Breakfast Cups.  Keep them in the freezer and then just microwave them on busy mornings.  A yummy breakfast to go!
And one more recipe for your week!  Today on Every Day Cheer, I’m showing you my Quick and Easy Pizza Casserole. Yummy!
Have a wonderful Monday everyone!!
