Now…on to our week in meals…
My Crunchy BBQ Brisket Tacos are so simple because you let your brisket cook all day in the slow cooker. This meal is just a quick assembly…the slow cooker does all of the work!
I just love my Red Beans and Rice! Easy and flavorful!
This Spicy Shrimp Pasta is just spring in a bowl. And if you’re serving little ones, just reduce the spice a tad…yummy!
These Orange Marmalade Chicken Sandwiches are easy, yummy and a crowd pleaser. We love to have these on busy weeknights.
My Chicken and Black Bean Rice Casserole is quick to whip up and perfect served with a big green salad.
Andrew loves my Boston Cream Pie Bundt Cake…yellow cake plus a vanilla pudding layer topped with chocolate frosting. Who wouldn’t love that?!
And for our extra dessert this week…my Chocolate and Butterscotch Krispies Treats. People. They’re divine!
And one of my favorite lunches is our bonus recipe for the week…my Ham and Swiss Pesto Sandwiches. So good!
I’m pinning away all sorts of yummy summer recipes over on Pinterest! Click here to follow my boards.
Happy Monday!

Thanks for these ideas. I may not make them but I like to look at them and pretend I will. FYI the Orange Marmalade is bringing up the Spicy Shrimp link.

Any tips on how to keep cake from sticking to your bundt pan when you flip it over? No matter what I try it always breaks pieces off 🙁
Mix and Match Mama says
Make sure you Pam the heck out of your pan! Also, if you let the cake sit too long of if you flip it too early, it will stick. It should rest exactly 10 minutes. Finally, if it's underdone, it will stick. Make sure it's cooked all the way through!

As someone who has been married for awhile, would you consider doing a post about kitchen gadgets that you can't live without/make your life as a Mama & wife easier. I will be getting married in September and am torn as to what I really need to register for in the kitchen!
