Morning!
Happy Monday to you!
Need to know what to make this week for dinner? No worries. This mama has you covered :). Have the best week!
In our house, August is the last month we grill out…which means the last month for burgers until next May. These yummy Meatloaf Burgers are the perfect way to fancy up a basic burger on a busy weeknight. It’s just a yummy sauce drizzled over the top and dinner is done.
I call this Spicy Shrimp Pasta but it’s not too spicy for kids. It’s flavorful and light and perfect for an August supper.
Growing up, quiche was a big hit for dinner in our house. Served with a green salad, quiche is a great little supper (and served with fruit, it’s the perfect breakfast/brunch). My Taco Quiche has big flavor and it super simple to prepare.
I don’t like to eat plain grilled chicken…I need something on top of it or else it just doesn’t do it for me. This easy and yummy Tomato and Basil Salsa goes perfectly on top of grilled or baked chicken. It’s fresh and full of flavor!
I think I could make these BBQ Baked Chicken Tacos every night for Andrew and he wouldn’t complain. So yummy and crunchy and delicious.
And our bundt cake for the week…
My Banana Nut Bundt Cake is so good. So, so, so, so good.
Like really good.
I promise.
Moist doesn’t even begin to describe it.
Make it.
Today.
And our bonus dessert for the week are these cute Kool-Aid Cupcakes! Use your favorite flavor of Kool-Aid and voila, yummy and fun cupcakes :). We used Fruit Punch Kool-Aid but you could use lemon, Cherry, Grape…any flavor you love.
Happy, happy, happy Monday!!

Just a note of thanks for the Meal Menus! I'd been getting in a rut with dinners because of crazy teen-age kid schedules. They've been a great way to get some new things into the rotation! 🙂

Today is my niece, Ansley's, birthday, she turned FIVE today and she LOVES anything banana…just like I do! Last night we made your banana bundt cake recipe to make banana cupcakes for her classroom party and they were SO good! When I picked her up this afternoon her teacher told me that they were the best dang cupcakes she had ever had and that they were devoured so fast! Again, I love your recpes…especially the ones that suffice my sweet tooth and constant craving for anything apple, banana or pumpkin!
