Happy! Happy! Happy Monday!
I can’t believe this is my 50th Meal Planning Monday!
Writing out my meal plans for you ladies over the last year has really helped out my family too! I feel like my grocery list has become more organized and my shopping more efficient.
Thank you all for meal planning with me! I love you ladies so much :).
Here’s what we’re cooking this week…
I love these Grilled Buffalo Chicken Burritos because they’re so flavorful but really simple. You can grill these up either outside or just inside on a grill pan or panini press. Yum!
Goodness! I just love, love, love, love my Crunchy BBQ Brisket Tacos! This is a great recipe for left over brisket too!
If you’re craving a pasta this week, my Sausage and Mushroom Rigatoni is the perfect little recipe. And bonus, it’s easy to omit the sausage in this recipe and make it vegetarian.
We’re nearing the end of grilling season at our house. My Grilled Italian Sausages with Jalapeno Marmalade were such a hit this season that I think we’ll make them one more time before the summer ends.
Your bonus recipe for the week is my Ham and Cheese Biscuit Sliders. These are great for breakfast or a light lunch. So simple and really good!
The bundt cake of the week? Well…
…my Butterscotch Bundt Cake was the very first recipe I ever mixed and matched…and it’s still one of my very favorite recipes! We love this little bundt cake. Love. It.
And my Strawberry Shortcake Trifle is your bonus recipe for the week! Enjoy!!
Have the best Monday everyone!!

This all looks delicious! I struggle to cook dinner 4 times a week how are you cooking so much??? Also how do you keep a check on your grocery bill with cooking so much?

I really find cooking is less expensive than eating out, so even though we might have to spend a little more at the grocery store, it's less over all.
