Happy Monday! Six years ago today…I became a mama. It happened on a Monday too :).
This was about 30 minutes after my c-section. This 6 pound, 9 ounce bundle of joy has been the very best thing that has ever happened to me. I love this sweet girl so much!
In honor of Kensington’s birthday, this week, I’m suggesting her very favorite foods. A Meal Planning Monday dedicated to my favorite little cook :).
Kensington’s very favorite food…egg whites. Yes. She loves them. She would eat them 3 times a day if I let her. She likes them with ketchup or taco sauce on top…so my Breakfast Joes are the perfect weekday supper for this egg loving girl!
Kensington is a meatball kind of girl! And she loves my Pizza Meatballs the best!
Mac and Cheese is always a favorite of Kensington’s but my Mexi Mac and Cheese kind of tops them all. She loves that it tastes like a taco…but it’s macaroni and cheese.
Thankfully, Kensington loves brisket…because we are brisket people over here. My Italian Brisket Sandwiches are served open-face and taste delicious!
And I totally think we should end our week with Nacho Night. Chips, ground beef, salsa, cheese…Kensington will love that!
As for a bundt cake, I let her pick her favorite and she said…
…Dark Chocolate. Ahhhh, a girl after my own heart :).
Our bonus dessert this week…
…Cookie Dough S’mores. Yes. Cookie. Dough. S’mores.
