Growing up, my mom used to always make a chocolate sheet cake that was so delicious! As I got older, I realized that what made the cake so yummy was the fact that she put a little cinnamon in the frosting. Cinnamon just makes chocolate taste that much more delicious.
During my 100 Bundt Cakes, I made a Chocolate Spice one that ended up being one of my very favorite (I named it my 5th favorite out of my 100!), so I thought I should do a bar as well.
A yummy chocolate bar with a hint of cinnamon. The perfect combination.

Hello! I have a question..it may be a dumb one, but I am still trying to figure out all this cooking and I have tried a lot of your recipes that I have loved! On this particular one…it says to: Cool on counter 30 minutes, then refrigerate 2 hours up to 2 days.
After I cook them, do they need to be refrig. that long before enjoying them?
Mix and Match Mama says
Yes, with these bars, they need to be in the fridge at least 2 hours before enjoying them. They need to be chilled.
