2 cups chopped fresh peaches (about 2 to 3 peaches)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease (I use Pam) a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine your cake mix, vegetable oil and 2 eggs with an electric mixer. Once smooth, pour half of your batter into prepared baking dish and spread out to form an even layer.
In a separate bowl, toss your chopped peaches, brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Spread this peach mixture down over your cake mix layer.
Take the other half of your cake batter and dot it around the top of the chopped peaches layer. It won’t spread all the way across, just drop big dots of batter all of the top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until the bars are pretty much set in the center. Remove bars from oven serve either warm or at room temperature.
Peaches are just June.
Happy Father’s Day!

Hi Shay! Looks good! Hope you're having a fun day with your dad and Andrew. I was just looking at your other blog and realized it's been over a year since your last "ask away with Shay" can you do another one? xo Loni
