This week, I decided to have a theme for each day. Meatless Monday, Taco Tuesday, Waffle Wednesday, Turkey Thursday and Fry Friday. Listen…if we’re going to meal plan on a Monday, we might as well make it fun, right?

Meatless Monday: Just omit the bacon from this Cheesy Ravioli Bake and you have yourself a really yummy meatless meal. This pasta isn’t too heavy for a summer supper…it’s actually quite perfect.
Taco Tuesday: Grilled Shrimp Tacos…Taco Tuesday never tasted so good.
Waffle Wednesday: There is a lot going on here…but believe me, it’s all really simple to make. This is my Summer Chipotle & Corn Chicken and Waffles. Basically, it’s just really good grilled chicken over some easy to make (and very flavorful) cornbread waffles…and I serve it with sliced oranges. These waffles will rock your world. I’m telling you…it’s a waffle that tastes like really good cornbread. You’ll love it!
Turkey Thursday: Don’t scoff at my Strawberry & Goat Cheese Turkey Burgers. If you like turkey and cranberry sauce on Thanksgiving, then you will love these burgers! Throw on some crispy bacon and goat cheese and I’m telling you…you will flip.out. Don’t be the person who always makes a boring old basic burger…be the person who makes burgers like this.
Fry Friday: A Quick Chicken Stir-Fry wraps up our week. This last time I made this supper, we added some shrimp too. Such a nice way to end your busy week.
The first Triple Crown winner in 37 years calls for Bourbon, right? My Chocolate Chip & Bourbon Bundt Cake is our cake of the week. I feel like we should celebrate with a slice. I personally feel like the best way to have bourbon is when it’s in a buttercream frosting. Hello goodness!
