Hey, hey Monday!
It’s time to make out our grocery list, do a little shopping and get super prepared for the week.
Five suppers, one dessert and a breakfast.
Done.
‘Tis the season for savory pumpkin dishes. My Pumpkin and Sausage Pot Pie is insanely delicious and so stinkin’ simple to whip up. Pumpkin is so good when used in savory dishes!
I really can’t think of any meal more family friendly than Beefy Mac. It’s loaded with pasta (we use whole wheat), ground beef (you could sub with ground turkey), tomatoes, sauce and gooey cheese. It’s one big skillet full of family fare.
Sausage and Broccoli Cheese Soup…I don’t know about you, but mid-week always calls for fuzzy socks, sweat pants and cozy food.
Spinach and Swiss Meatballs over Quinoa is something my kids eat up! They love meatballs (and totally don’t notice the spinach inside) and instead of calling it quinoa, I tell them it’s rice…and they eat it all.
This is my very favorite chili. Ever. Sweet Corn Chili just cannot be beat. And it’s easy too. Amen.
And our bar this week…
…Pumpkin Butterscotch Bars. You need to make these. Like right now.
And if you’re looking for a really simple (and totally awesome!) breakfast recipe, my Bacon and Tot Casserole is what you need to make. Bacon, tater tots, eggs…hello?! So good!
And two little bonus Halloween goodies for you…
These little Pumpkin Rice Krispies Treats are so fun to make with kids!
And…
…these little Oreo Pumpkins. There is Oreo inside that pumpkin. Yes! Yes! Yes!
Have a great Monday!

I don't even like oreos…but I'm thinking those cute little oreo pumpkins are going to have to be made!

Your sweet corn chili is one of my family's favorites and I make the pumpkin and sausage sloppy joe casserole last week. Thanks for the daily inspiration!
