‘Tis almost Valentine’s Day!
Today, I’m sharing my Valentine’s Menu for Two. It’s for those of you who would love to spend your evening at home with your sweetheart.
Enjoy!
I mean, I feel like you must start with my Pecan Praline Baked Brie because it has such a pretty presentation and pairs perfectly with any romantic meal.
For an appetizer, my Chipotle Crab Sliders…except on this night, I would just make the crab cakes and skip the buns.
Next, my Avocado & Orange Salad.
If you’re looking for a pasta to celebrate (my favorite way to celebrate anything is with pasta!), then I suggest my Roasted Garlic & Tomato Pasta. Or, if you’re looking for something a bit heartier then may I suggest…
…our Bleu Cheese Baked Steaks.
And for dessert…
…my Red Velvet Cupcakes with Pink Cream Cheese Frosting.
Here’s hoping you and your Valentine have a very special supper!

Yum! I always prefer to spend a night in instead of going out to overpriced restaurants on Valentine’s Day!

I must try that Pecan Parline Baked Brie! Looks like a perfect starter. I already plan on filets after the kids go to bed!
