Well, you know how much I love a cheese ball. It’s the perfect party dip! This one has crumbly bacon, green onions, Ranch seasoning and bleu cheese. It’s creamy, it’s crunchy, it’s flavorful and it’s perfect for your next party. Enjoy!
This recipe makes one cheese ball.
Shopping List
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened
1 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1 cup of shredded white cheddar cheese
1 (1 oz) packet dry Ranch seasoning mix
8 pieces of bacon, cooked to crisp and crumbled
10 green onions, chopped
In a mixing bowl, combine your cream cheese, bleu cheese, white cheddar and Ranch seasoning with an electric mixer until incorporated (it won’t take much and don’t over mix!). Then, stir in your crumbled bacon and green onions . Using your hands, shape the mixture into a ball. After it’s a ball, wrap and refrigerate for at least two hours up to two days (I wrap it with plastic wrap). Remove and serve alongside your favorite crackers and pita chips.

I used to love cheese balls when I was a kid! This recipe sounds delicious, way better than the store-bought stuff I had! ?
