14 Years.


Fourteen years ago today, we said “I do”.

And now, we’re on a Disney Cruise with a bunch of crazy kids.

Ha!

It’s really hard for me to believe I’ve been married 14 years because that just sounds so old (and I cannot be that old, right?!).

This guy right here is my better half.  It’s hard to be around Andrew Shull and not be the best version of yourself.  He just has this way of drawing that out of everyone.

Marriage is not always easy…but I love being married to this guy.

If I could go back and tell 22 year old bride-to-be Shay something, it would be this…it’s going to be fun, it’s going to be work, it’s going to be a blessing, it’s going to have it’s challenges, it’s going to look nothing like you thought it would (while being exactly how you want it at the same time), and it’s going to be the greatest partnership the Lord has ever given you.

Happy anniversary, Andrew Shull.  Let’s go celebrate BIG time today on a boat full of crazy kids and Mickey Mouse 🙂 .
