Want to hear something funny? I don’t consider myself a “corn person”. If you were to ask me if I liked corn, I would be all “I mean, yeah, it’s fine”…but the truth is that my VERY favorite recipes all have corn in them. For instance, one of my oldest recipes that I turn to over and over again is for PASTA WITH BACON & CORN. And in the winter? My family has CREAMY CHICKEN CORN CHOWDER and/or SWEET CORN CHILI at least once a week. I clearly love corn…even though I don’t know it 🙂 . No season is better to enjoy corn than summer, so today, I’m sharing 10 of my favorite corn recipes. I’m not much of a corn person as well, but I can’t resist fresh corn on the cob when it’s in season! Growing up, my family has always just steamed them plain. So sweet and delicious! 🙂
