I look at May and September the same way that I look at January…as a new beginning. Is that weird? I see the whole warm Summer ahead of us and think it’s a brand new chapter. Now, my brand new chapter is starting off rainy instead of sunny, buuuut I’m still excited. I hope you’re excited too because I have a simple little menu for your week.
