My Smoky Pecan Deviled Eggs must not be missed this Easter weekend! They’re a little smoky, a little crunchy and a whole lot of delicious!
Sheaffer’s Pineapple Casserole is MY FAVORITE Easter side! It is absolutely perfect alongside ham.
We just named my Buttery Peep Bars our very favorite bar recipe. EVER. While Peeps are around, you need to grab some and try this! These bars taste like a buttery shortbread cookie while slicing like a brownie.
My family couldn’t do Easter without coconut. My Coconut Buttermilk Layer Cake isn’t just pretty, it’s delicious too!
And finally, Resurrection Rolls. These little rolls are the simplest (and yummiest!) way to show kiddos the true meaning of Easter.
In case you need a few more recipes, don’t forget…

I’m making the resurrection rolls for the 3rd or 4th (can’t remember) year in a row and Narci’s award winning potato casserole for the 2nd. The rest of our recipes have been in the family for years, but those made their way into the mix and we love them! XO

Quick question! I am planning to make your carrot cake bundt cake on Sunday, but I cannot find carrot cake mix anywhere!! I instead bout a spice cake mix. Can I just add shredded carrots to it? Is there anything else you would suggest adding…. raisins…. crushed pineapple?? Thank you!
Mix and Match Mama says
Absolutely!! A spice cake would work out perfectly! I would stir about a cup of grated carrot in there and call it a day. Enjoy!!
