Nothing says summer quite like homemade POPSICLES!
My kiddos and I love to make homemade POPSICLES and really can make them just about out of anything we have on hand. We make soda pops, Greek yogurt pops, ice cream pops, Patriotic pops…we add goodies inside, we add stuff at the base, we keep things simple. It’s all really easy. Actually, the hardest part is just being patient while they freeze :).
When making popsicles, a few things always work best for us:
1: We always spray down the inside of our popsicle molds with Pam or another non-stick spray. Anytime we don’t, we immediately regret it. Spray then fill!
2: Don’t put your popsicle sticks in right away. We always let them freeze about an hour and then we go back and insert the wooden sticks. From there, we freeze several more hours (or even days).
3: When it’s time to take them out of the molds, the easiest way is to run the bottom of the molds under hot water. This will loosen them up and make it super simple to pull them out.
4: We’ve purchased expensive popsicle machines and molds, but honest to goodness THESE molds and THESE sticks work the best and it’s the only thing we use now.
I have my favorite popsicle recipes below! I hope you find one to make this Friday!! xo
Strawberry & Lemon Yogurt Popsicles
Toasted Coconut Cream Popsicles
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Popsicles
Nutella Butterscotch Popsicles
Enjoy! xx

We LOVE making popsicles in the summer (and we don’t even have young kids)! All of these look so good. The hardest part will be deciding which to try first (and how to booze a few up)! THANKS!
