Friends, tomorrow is JUNE!!!!!
It officially feels like summer now, right?! After a week of cold and rainy weather, we finally got some sunshine here!
Since yesterday was a holiday, today, I’m sharing this week’s meal plan. I have four simple summer suppers, one delicious side and a dessert for your week.
Grab your sunscreen, towel and online grocery shopping app…it’s time to enjoy the sunshine and meal plan 🙂 .
Happy (almost!) June!!
Mmmmm! My Pineapple Lime Chicken Tostadas are the perfect way to kick off your week! Let’s call it Tostada Tuesday 🙂 .
My Broccoli Peso Pasta is a delicious meatless meal or the perfect side dish to whatever you want to grill for dinner. It’s so easy that even your kids can make it!
Yum, yum, yum! My Spicy Beefy Rice Bowls are so delish! Now, if you don’t love spicy things, no worries! You can totally omit the sauce at the end for a mild (yet flavorful!) supper.
On Friday, make my Corn & Crab Cake Burgers for dinner! We love a crab cake supper over here and these burgers are always a hit! Nothing says summer quite like corn and crab.
‘Tis peach season! Kick off your June with my Tomato & Peach Salad! Your family will love this easy side!
And finally, if you’ve never made homemade popsicles before, what are you waiting on? They’re so easy and perfect for summertime! My Strawberry & Lemon Yogurt Popsicles are sure to hit the spot!
That wraps up this week’s Meal Planning Tuesday! I hope you all have a great start to your week!! xo

Do you also drain the juice from the crushed pineapple for the chicken tostadas?
Mix and Match Mama says
I do not drain it!

We love the spicy beefy rice bowls! However, I have stopped using olive oil and am using Trader Joe’s Chili Sesame Oil with this recipe. It adds a different twist to the flavor. Thank you for all the recipes. So many are our go to recipes!!

I have that in my pantry, I’m going to swap it out next time! What a good “mix and match”!
