Mmmmmm! Today, I’m sharing my Cheesy Ranch Potatoes!
I have been sharing this recipe with friends and family all summer and fall long and let me tell you, it’s one of our new faves. I had my family over for Labor Day and after everyone left, I had two different people ask me for the recipe. Every single time I make these, it’s a hit! Just last week, I made them once again for my family to go along with brisket and Smith said it was one of his very favorite side dishes.
This recipe is so simple and whether you serve it as breakfast, a side dish or on your Thanksgiving table, I promise you, everyone will enjoy it.
Happy Tuesday! xx

Hi shay! This looks delicious! Can you make it beforehand?
Mix and Match Mama says
100%! Prepare it, cover, pop it in the fridge and then bake it the next day (or whenever).

Hey Shay!! Does it matter that the frozen hash browns will thaw overnight if you prepare it the day before?
Mix and Match Mama says
It does not!
