…HOLIDAY PJS! Right now, Nordstrom has an awesome selection of family holiday pajamas just in time for you cozy December mornings.
Mades and I love our new pjs 🙂 ! While she went with PLAID, I picked FAIRISLE. Of course, they’re both more adorable with ANTLERS and a FESTIVE POM BEANIE!
From fleece to flannel, jumpsuits, two-piece sets and mix and match, your entire family will be adorable come Christmas morning in Nordstrom PJs! I buy them every year, and they’re always my go-to jammy all season long.
Nordstrom is always been my go-to for my holiday finds! As you know, I always love shopping there because not only do they have everything my family needs from beauty to shoes to home, clothes, bath and more, but they have impeccable service, free shipping, free returns, and curbside pick up (all so handy for the busy holiday-busy lady!). You can catch all of their services (including alterations, gift wrapping, style help and more HERE!).
Okay, so many thoughts on my November Book Review this month. If you haven’t gone back to read the comment section, make sure you do! I bought two new books this week based on the comments alone. If you could name ONE book everyone should read this year, which one would you name? I would LOVE to know!
Who else watched this Hallmark movie this week?! I watched it twice!
I know, I know…
…buuuuut I do believe a few of the original ones for 2022 are more unique. I really liked this one…clearly, I even DVR-ed it. Ha!
And a final few festive things for your weekend starting with…
…my 24 Crazy Easy December Dinners! The last thing you should be worrying with this month is “what’s for dinner?”. I have 24 recipes to get you from today through Christmas Day!
I also have…
…my December Bucket List! These are just little (mostly free) things you can do with your family all month long.
That’s it for me today! I’m off to “stroll” 🙂 . I’ll see you all back here on Monday!
Happy weekend! xx

loved the Rockette movie and what a treat to see Ann Margaret. If you haven’t, watch Spirited on Apple. Will Ferrel and Ryan Reynolds do a new musical take on the Christmas Carol. I think it’s PG, but I haven’t had little ones for a long time, so you might want to watch it first. Some of the humor might go over the littles girls’ head.
Mix and Match Mama says
She is ageless!! I love her too!
Kay says
My absolute favorite book this year was ‘The Husbands’ /Chandler Baker. I thought it was a gripping, well written statement about mom life, and I loved that there was a mystery on the side. Highly recommend! Second was ‘The Paper Palace’ and then ‘The Last House on the Street’ (which I got from comments section on your book post!).
Also someone recommended ‘A Cross-Country Christmas’ on your reader comments and I am loving that so far! VERY cute little light holiday read. I think you’d enjoy!
Carly says
So living through you this weekend! Can’t wait til I get to stroll some day. And Taste by Stanley Tucci is a must read!
Kathy says
I absolutely love how you guys sneak away to Nantucket whenever you can. That’s how I feel about New York City. In fact, last night I was telling my husband it’s really kind of doable to grab a flight to New York, go see the Rockettes, walk around Central Park, and fly home the next day. L O L I don’t know if he will actually do it, but it’s a thought.(since we have an airline credit- makes perfect sense to me!)
Mix and Match Mama says
Oh how I want to visit NYC again soon!!!! I hope you get to enjoy all the holiday fun there this year!! xx
Amanda Wilson says
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh YOU ARE IN NANTUCKET!!!!
I can not wait to follow along!!!!!! Yes I am yelling!!! Why did this just make my day!?!? It’s to cold here for school today so my kids are off and I still have to work was feeling kinda 😩 now I am excited!! Living vicariously through you!! Post a ton of super cute Christmasy pics please!!
Mix and Match Mama says

This has been a lean year for good books. I have started Remarkably Bright Creatures based on your recs!
Falling is AMAZING. It’s by T.J. Newman. I just read it for the 2nd time. And my Fave thus far for this year is Nora Goes Off Script— please give it a try! It’s a really good love story with a twist I didn’t see coming! (And I usually catch the twists!)
Amy Heinl says
Can’t wait to hear and see pictures from the Stroll. How fun that will be. Have a wonderful time
Alison says
Oh my goodness!! I’m so super jealous and can’t wait to hear ALL about Nantucket’s Stroll! Have a wonderful time!
Marie says
Did you watch Ghosts of Christmas Always? I think that might be my favorite hallmark movie ever!
Mix and Match Mama says
I didn’t! The word “ghosts” scared me away. I need to find it and add it to my DVR!
WhittyWife (Lindsay) says
I second that rec! I didn’t think it would be great either, but it ended up being one of my favorites! It’s also a little more original. 😊
Annie says
Ginna Claire Mason is SO good in that movie! (She is a friend of mine). She was Glinda in Wicked on Broadway!
Debbie says
PRAISE THE LORD!!!! Rachel just finished up her last hormone treatment this past week. Next week on Thursday she will get her port out, and on Friday, her family and myself and hubby will go to Roswell (Buffalo, NY) for their Holiday festivities and Rachel will RING THE BELL!!!!! So, so THANKFUL for all of the many, many prayers that have gone up on her behalf, and tears of joy are flowing for the many, many blessings this Holiday season.
Mix and Match Mama says
Oh I pray for your family all the time! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing this update!! Praise the Lord!!!! Praise the Lord!

We need a top 5, bottom 5 Hallmark Christmas movie list post 😊. I agree they have some great unique ones this year!
Tina T says
Adriana Trigiani’s “The Good Left Undone.” I just loved it. Set during WWII and current times, Italy, France, and Scotland.
Kayla Bruce says
Book Lovers is my favorite of the year, I think! As well as the Thursday Murder Club trio of books, and Portrait of a Scotsman… and Michelle Obama’s new book, The Light We Carry. I’ve actually loved my reading this year!
Sam Campbell says
May I suggest a Christmas book for the whole family? “The Christmas Lizard” by Cory Edwards. We have been reading this book for years (my oldest is 26). We even bought enough so each kidlet can have one for their family as an adult. It is out of print, but can still be found online.
Sheaffer says
You and Mades in your pjs sure are festive! And I love that green jacket!
Alexis says
Read The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches and Wrong Place Wrong Time. Both are amazing!
Tami says
I read East of Eden this year and loved it! Two of my sons and my nephew read it too. We’re practically a book club now!
