I truly don’t think there is a better month to be in the kitchen than this month right here.

You guys, on this first Monday in October, I think it’s a MUST for you to try our SPOOKY SPAGHETTI! Basic spaghetti, festive name 🙂 .
Whether you eat g-free or not, make my BEEFY TACO SOUP! Come soup season, we enjoy a bowl with a salad at least once a week. They’re always easy and filling after a long day. This one in particular is extra tasty!
My PUMPKIN SAUSAGE PASTA is an oldie but a goodie recipe. Even if you don’t think your family will love pumpkin in a savory dish, trust me, they will in this one. Try it this Wednesday!
CRISPY MAPLE DIJON CHICKEN is such a staple weeknight supper. Who doesn’t love a chicken dinner after a busy day of school/work/activities?! This one is delish!
If you weren’t able to make it to an Oktoberfest this fall, no worries, you can still crank up Oktoberfest music on Pandora and pop my EASY LITTLE GERMAN SHEET TRAY SUPPER in the oven!

My daughter loves that Pumpkin Sausage Pasta and asks for it every fall! I think she started asking in August this year.
