What else did I wear all three mornings I was on the island?
MY FAVORITE FLEECE LEGGINGS. These are the best. Ever. Period. In the history of me buying/wearing fleece leggings and right now, THEY’RE ON MAJOR SALE!
I have FOUR PAIRS. Why? Well, I have one pair on Nantucket for my cold weather life up there and then three pairs to wear in McKinney because I wear them so often in the wintertime. I wear them almost exclusively when we’re on our annual ski vacation too (they are the WARMEST!).
I love how soft and warm they are, I love how they have movement (they’re not stiff or tight), I love that they wash and dry over and over again without fading or shrinking, I love the two nice side pockets plus pocket in the back, and I love how they keep me warm. This is my favorite Athleta find of the season! They run TTS. I always buys xs.

Last year, I bought both girls a pair of ATHLETA GIRL POLARTEC LEGGINGS, and they loved them so much that this year, I bought them each two pairs. Do you have a preference between Athleta and Vuori? You’ve mentioned before that they’re both your favorite athleisure brand. Do you tend to prefer one over the other?

I wear them both every day and almost always a mix (today, I had on Athleta leggings with a Vuori tank when I worked out). I personally think Athleta is made more for actually working out where Vuori is made more for “living”. Athleta has a wider variety of options/colors/sizes as well as more cold weather gear. It’s just a bigger brand for women than Vuori BUT Vuori has an amazing mens collection that Athleta does not have. I truly love, buy and wear both.
