I posted this workout on Stories yesterday and many of you asked me to make it a stand alone post in the DMs, so her you go 🙂 .
I used my 15 and 20 pound dumbbells, but of course, use what works best for you/what you have. Several of these moves don’t even require any equipment.
If you don’t know what the exercise is, I linked videos I found on YouTube to hopefully make it easier for you.

Next up, run through this entire set:
3X15 OR IF YOU CAN, TO FAILURE
3X20 EACH LEG
When I go through this workout, it takes me about 30 minutes. I like to do each exercise one time through and then repeat the entire circuit three times. Make sense? It’s fast, it’s efficient, and it’s great to do at home.
