Awwww, you guys know that I LOVE MAY!

May to me is just HAPPY!  The school year is nearing the end, the weather is getting warmer, travel season is approaching, life gets a bit more relaxed and people tend to unwind and enjoy things a bit more knowing that the summer season is approaching.  I just love everything about this month and year after year, after year, I love sharing it with YOU!

I’ve decided to try my hardest and make this May even more special/fun/happy here on blog world.

Last summer, our family LOVED using our Bogg Bags, so I wanted one of you to have one this season too!

I just wanted to tell you that your advice on how to throw get togethers at home without a ton of stress has inspired me to have my son’s senior graduation party as a backyard party this weekend! Its even going to rain a bit, but we are shifting to a pop-up tent party!     What a fun give away! We have a “lake place” and go almost every weekend in the summer. I do not have a Bogg Bag yet, but have seen so many people with them at the lake and they rave about them! That would be a fun win!

    May is such a full month for us… our 25th wedding anniversary, my husband’s birthday, one college kid arrived home last night, the other two will be home next week and the high schooler is almost done too! She is RV/home schooled so it is up to her when she finishes. We just closed on a new home and will spend the summer downsizing our things before we move in the fall. Challenging decisions but fun in the long run since we will have a view of the bay from the third floor deck. Happy Spring!

    What a nice way to welcome in the warmer temps!!! My Grampa would have been 114 today…luckily we had him with us until he was 100.5!!! Yes, I said it. LOL!!! We always joked that he was old even when I was little. LOL!!! We miss him. He had the best laugh and could whistle like nobody I have ever met!!!

    I enjoy reading your posts about Nantucket. I have lived in MA for 98% of my life and have never visited! I would like to make it over to the island soon, I am thinking of late spring to miss the summer crowds. We have a vacation home in New Hampshire on Lake Winnapasukkee, I think we are more lake/mountain people than ocean people, even though I have lived on the shore most of my life. My happy place is jumping off the back of our boat into warmish, shark-free, lake water.
