Today is my 600th Meal Planning Monday to spend with you!
We have chatted meal planning now for SIX HUNDRED Mondays.
And yet, it’s still a struggle to know what to make each night for dinner 😉 .

Since this is MPM #600, I thought I’d share some favorites from my fam.
I asked the other five Shulls to name something they’d like me to make for dinner this week and thus, your Meal Plan. I threw in three bonus recipes as well.
Family favorites that are so simple and very delish for your Monday.

Andrew’s answer is always MOM’S MEATLOAF. Always. Even if you don’t like meatloaf, you will like my mom’s.

Kensington said she would love some TOMATO BASIL SOUP for dinner, and I thought that should be accompanied by…

…my HAM, SWISS AND APPLE GRILLED CHEESE.

Smith said he wanted my brisket tacos this week for dinner which is just my EASIEST WEEKNIGHT BRISKET inside a warm flour tortilla with a bit of avocado, salsa and cheese. Easy!

Ashby’s favorite dinner pick this week was my SIMPLE SAUSAGE, PEPPERS & ONIONS. She likes hers served over white rice (I do too!).

And no one will be surprised that Mades requested CHEESY RANCH TACOS. Our family loves this recipe!

If you’re looking for a breakfast casserole for dinner this week or for brunch, I picked my CHEESY BACON BRIOCHE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE to share with you. I love, love a breakfast casserole. You can make this one ahead and just pop it in the oven when you’re ready to serve.
