Happy FRIDAY, friends!
Can you believe it’s the last Friday in June?
What in the world?
Before you know it, I’ll have my pumpkins out.
Kidding, kidding, kidding. I promise not to put them out until at least mid-August. 😉
As always, on this last Friday in June, I’m linking up with my friends Andrea and Erika and wishing you a HAPPY WEEKEND! xx

It’s been a FULL few days, but goodness, it’s been sweet.
Over the last five days, I’ve been to the airports in: Nantucket, Washington DC, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Jose, San Fransisco, Newark, and back to Nantucket.
Spoiler alert: I read THREE WHOLE BOOKS. Ha!
Needless to say, June’s upcoming Book Review will be extra big 😉 .
Kensington and I flew into San Jose and enjoyed 24 hours in…

…super cute Palo Alto. It was adorable!
We walked and walked (gorgeous weather!), shopped a little, had a yummy dinner, spent time by the hotel pool, and before we knew it, it was time to drop her off for her leadership program…

…at beautiful Stanford. It was my first time to visit and whoa, it is GORGEOUS!

She was so excited to be there which made it easier for this mama’s heart to leave her. She will be there about a week-ish and then be joining us on Nantucket the rest of her summer break. It’s always a good feeling when your kiddos are happy to be where they’re planted.
I took the red eye from San Fransisco and found myself…

…in Newark, New Jersey at 5:00 AM.
Before I knew it, I was on one last flight from Newark to Nantucket. The pilot took us on a route that gave us a great view of…

…Martha’s Vineyard before touching down…

…on Nantucket.
We officially, officially feel like we’re planted now for the remainder of our summer break.
That’s my favorite Fave 🙂 .

Hey, hey, hey!

…this week, Colleen Rothschild introduced TWO new complementary hair products to their amazing line.
Right now, you can get both for a discounted price or you can use code SHAY20 for 20% off each one individually.
I have been using both for about four weeks now and LOVE THEM! My scalp feels nice and clean (free of product buildup!), and my hair looks and feels shiny, bouncy, and healthy.

The SCALP SERUM delivers weightless hydration plus it helps support scalp balance for healthier looking hair.
The GLOSSING MIST enhances shine and softness plus, it has argan oil (love!) to nourish and smooth strands. Both are for all hair and scalp types and for anyone experiencing dryness, buildup, and/or scalp imbalance. They work beautifully with…

…the CLARIFYING SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER!
I’ve shared this before, but we love using the clarifying products especially in the summer when we’re in and out of chlorine and saltwater. Love.
Speaking of love, don’t forget…

…you can get all of my Colleen Rothschild faves for 20% with code SHAY20 🙂 .
#1: SHEER RENEWAL CREAM: great for a daily moisturizer, works so well under makeup!
#2: VITAMIN C NOURISHING CREAM: I use this as my PM moisturizer (and on really dry days, I’ll wear it in the AM too!)
#3: GLYCOLIC ACID PEEL PAD: Gentle enough for every day use! This makes my skin feel extra extra clean.
#4: RETINOL SUPREME EYE SERUM: A wonderful under eye cream!
#5: RADIANT CLEANSING BALM: The GOAT! This is my very favorite product, and if I only bought one thing, this would be it. I use this every single day to remove my makeup and cleanse my skin. It never leaves my skin tight or dry. It’s hydrating and cleansing. Love.
#6: Our favorite SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER! Once you use it, you’ll never go back to the other stuff again.
#7: MOISTURE VEIL SILK EMULSION: Another wonderful AM moisturizer! There is just a little bit of pearl to it which makes my skin look extra radiant and healthy before I even apply my makeup.
#8: AGE RENEWAL SUPER SERUM: packs a serious punch! I’ve used this serum for years and years at night under my moisturizer. It fights the six signs of aging: texture, dehydration, elasticity, fine lines, radiance, and tone.
#9: SMOOTH & SHINE HAIR SERUM: I add it to my hair when it’s wet, when it’s dry…either way, it gives my hair that extra oomph it needs to keep is smooth and shiny.
Thank you, Colleen Rothschild for collaborating with me and always giving my readers and me the heads up on new products!

Breakfast with Smith is ALWAYS a favorite of mine. Last week, we decided to skip our beloved Hub and try breakfast at Fresh instead. You guys…

…it was DELICIOUS! I had the breakfast sandwich and the spicy aioli was absolutely insane.
Smith had…

…the breakfast burrito and told me it was the best breakfast he’s had on island.
The best best part of the morning though?

Walking around and looking at the boats and talking about anything and everything for the 30 minutes after we ate. Goodness, I love spending time with my boy.

I just saw that Wayfair is having their Four Day Flash Sale through TODAY!
Right now, so many items are on sale up to 70% off!

My RECTANGLE OUTDOOR PATIO PILLOWS and MY SQUARE OUTDOOR PILLOWS are on sale now! Both come in many other colors too.
Also on sale is…

…MY DECORATIVE VASE. My RATTAN TRAY is a Wayfair find too!

We bought THIS CROQUET SET in the spring, and it has been a BIG hit with the neighborhood kiddos. I grew up playing croquet out in the yard all the time. In fact, I’m positive if you went to my parents’ house right now, they’d have a set on the patio out and ready to be used. We also bought THIS BOCCE BALL SET this spring as well and love it too!
And not on sale, but we certainly love it…

…Santa brought Mades THIS VANITY and STOOL for Christmas.

I knew I would be traveling quite a bit this week, so I asked Andrew to give me a show to watch. His suggestion was…

…The Agency on Prime. You guys, I really, really like it! I already finished Season 1! It’s gritty and a little dark, but it’s suspenseful and moves quickly. It reminds me a little of Homeland (which I loved…but this moves much faster!).
If you need a new show, I highly recommend.
Hello?!
Richard Gere is in it! Yes, please 🙂 .
And finally…

Who wouldn’t?! It was GORGEOUS! I don’t think she’ll go there, but I do think this week is probably ruining her.

Happy Friday, Shay! Enjoy every minute with your friends this weekend.
I liked seeing Mades awesome vanity set up and what a fantastic mirror. I did have a question about that little mini beauty fridge on her vanity… it is a beauty product fridge, correct? I’ve seen them in stores but don’t know much about them. Should I be getting a beauty fridge??? Should I be chilling my beauty products?
I know it’s a new trend that I don’t know much about, ha! Maybe it just helps with a refreshing application if the product is cooler or extends the shelf life? All the new things. It’s hard to keep up.
Mix and Match Mama says
I do not chill my beauty products but all three of my girls have these little fridges and love them. I’m sure it does make applying eye masks and moisturizers more luxurious, but I haven’t jumped on the trend yet.

Love all these Friday faves, but especially Kensington at Stanford for a summer leadership program. I attended a summer leadership program at Stanford between my Junior and Senior years and made some lifelong friends as well as learned a ton. Plus, it is Stanford and the campus is gorgeous. I hope she has the best time!
Love all the Nantucket content, as well as the travel and festive summer details. Happy 250th to you and your family, and enjoy the July 4th festivities!
Mix and Match Mama says

I highly recommend “The Diplomat” (Keri Russell, as usual, is great. Won an Emmy too.). Can’t wait for the new season to come out (on Netflix).
