A couple years ago, I tried to make green waffles for my kids. I put spinach and cheddar cheese in them. I loved them. My kids were not fans, but I think I will try it again this year. I bet you could come up with a recipe that would work better.

Love your blog! My 19 month old is a picky eater but loves so many of your recipes I've tried ( especially the chicken pesto stuffed peppers!) . I know you're swamped but a post on some great recipes that would freeze well to take to new mamas would be awesome! I never know what to make that will hold up well through freezing and re-reheating 🙂 Cheers!
