You know what? This week is crazy busy for me. So, in honor of that…all five our suppers this week will be slow cooker meals. Because when I come home after a busy day and dinner is ready and waiting on me, it makes me feel like a superhero.
My Teriyaki Chicken in the Slow Cooker is a great recipe to ease into your week.
Nothing says slow cooker meal like a bowl of soup, right? My Creamy Mushroom & Sausage Soup is perfect for cozy winter nights.
Pork is just about the easiest thing to prepare in the slow cooker. My Maple Bourbon Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches will be a hit at your house this week!
In the mood for pasta? My Cheesy Chicken Pasta has a great Tex-Mex flair. Loads of flavor, little work. #winning
And wrap up your week with my BBQ Chicken Tacos.
On busy weeks, the best desserts are those that are made in advance like…
…my Bananas Foster Trifle. This one is insane!
And busy mornings call for…
…my Overnight Oatmeal. You let it cook in the slow cooker all night and then when you wake up, breakfast is ready!
Happy Monday friends!

I was just pulling up your sloppy joe quesidalla recipe for tonight, and I had to share something with all the busy mamas out there! Some of your food hacks (baking tacos) have changed my life! 🙂 Did you know you can do the same thing with quesadillas?!? Game changer..lightly butter one side of the tortillas, .assemble (using meat, beans, etc already warmed) place on a cookie sheet lined with foil, oil, and bake about 425 or on lo broil till lightly browned on one side, pull out, flip, brown other side, and voila! You can make enough to feed a small army (which my family is) in no time flat, and you are not staning over the stove flipping quessidallas ALL NIGHT LONG! 🙂

Hi! What are your tips for covering food that is higher than the dish so that the food isn’t touching or doesn’t get stuck to the covering? Like for instance your banana foster recipe that goes into the fridge before serving. Thank you!!
