Hey there Thursday.
Here’s a little life lately for you…
Driveway shenanigans with these three.
These two were just sitting at the bar talking to me about this and that and I had to get a picture. Where did those babies go that used to live at my house??? Someone replaced them with BIG kids!
I just can’t get enough Madeley in my life.
In the living history museum at school, Kensington was Betsy Ross. She worked and worked on her research of Mrs. Ross and did an amazing job on her speech. We were so proud of her!
The little girls thought she did a great job too! Side note, Smith says he’s going to be Derek Jeter next year in the living history museum. Ha!
My sweet grandparents are in their 90s but always remember to send cards for each and every holiday. Here my kids are tearing into their Easter cards. I just love my grandparents!
After tee ball practice the other night, Ashby went to dance, so I walked back to my house with just Madeley and Bowen. The three of us always have a good time together!
On Friday morning, I walked into the living room and saw this. Sisters.
And then on Friday afternoon, we went to the airport to see some of our dear friends come home from China with their little girl! What a special day that was!!!
Two less orphans in the world.
Adoption is AMAZING! Families are made, love is shared and lives are changed.
Here they are! Welcome home Willow!!!!
Ashby was SO excited about meeting Willow!!!
They’re going to be great friends :).
Miss Madeley reminding everyone to buy Eats! This cookbook is going to make your spring and summer supper situation super simple!
For Christmas, we got Smith one of those Crayola Air Marker Sprayers and he loves it. He doesn’t want to sit down and color as much as he wants to sit down and spray marker everywhere. 😉
Happy little colorers! And side note, Ashby woke up with a bruise on her cheek…and we have no idea how it got there?!
Four happy kids coloring while mom makes dinner…or the calm before the storm. Hmmm…
Weeeeeeeeeeeee! They zip around the house all day long!
Every morning, we check our veggies in the garden. On this particular morning, we found some strawberries to enjoy!
After the three big kids went to school, Madeley and I set off for a morning walk. She started pointing towards Starbucks (a few blocks from our house) saying “Peez Mommy! Drink!” and because I’m apparently a sucker, we ended up there :).
That’s a little life lately for you!
See you tomorrow.
