‘Tis that time of the year!
I don’t know about you…but in my life, there are really only two things I crave: pasta or a burger.
I love burgers.
LOVE. THEM.
During the summer months, we probably grill out and enjoy them at least 3 or 4 times a week. They’re easy, they’re quick and my kids love them too. Now, from time to time, I’ll throw on two buns and eat a burger with my hands but 99% of the time, I want my burger open-face with a knife and fork. A great piece of bread, a juicy patty loaded with flavor and then tons of toppings piled high.
Today, I’m sharing my favorite burger recipes.

Just wondering, what do you do with the top bun? Do you use it for something else? Throw it away?

Eat it another time or someone else eats it. We almost all just eat one bun (since we pile on so many toppings), so three buns can feed six people.

We usually have one thing like a salad, avocados, sliced tomatoes, roasted veggies…stuff like that! (Last night, we had green beans!)
