It’s Friday!!  Annnnnnnd I had the stitches removed from my mouth. #AMEN  My plans this weekend?  Eat solid food. #goals

So, before we even begin today, a fun giveaway 🙂 .  Just like every Friday, I’m linking up with three of my besties, Andrea, Erika and Narci today and sharing my favorite things from this week.  Here you go…

Heart Sweatshirt//Tank//Jeans//Earrings//Nikes

How cute is this little outfit for Valentine’s?!  I have multiple parties for my kiddos and plan on wearing this at every one.  This is the same brand of shirts I always buy for my holiday tees (you’ve seen me in July 4th, Halloween and Christmas stuff too!).  They’re so soft and cozy plus they wash and dry really well.  They have other cute Valentine’s stuff HERE.

 

Oh Annie Downs, I love you!!!  I have gushed about Annie’s books and devotionals for years and this one right here, deserves to be gushed about too.  I waited until January 1 to start mine, and I’m in love.  This book has 100 daily devotionals (all Biblically based) but with her whit and humor that pairs perfectly.  Annie is raw, she is real, and she is one of my favorite people.  You should grab this one and her book Let’s All Be Brave.  Now, these books are good for EVERYONE, but if you’re single out there, I think they’re even more perfect for you.  Annie has a way to speak right to the hearts of everyone…but she has a big heart for singles.

Because I’ve been living in comfy clothes all week, I feel that I must make this a favorite…

…because I’ve legit been wearing it almost every day.  #givemeallthefleece  Ha!  It comes in so many fun colors too!

And speaking of things that I’ve been thinking about this week, I’ve been thinking about dresses and summer (because when it’s cold and I’m wearing sweats, I often fantasize about warmer weather and vacations!).  All of these dresses below have been favorites of mine over the years and look, they’re all back in stock for another season…

The #1 dress in my  closet.  I’ve posted at least 4000 pics of myself in it because it’s MY FAVORITE.

This gem from last year is perfect for February through summer 🙂 .

And I gushed about this green dress on repeat last summer (and wore it just about once a week!).  It comes in many colors (I also have the black!) and is so comfy!

Smith got this game for Christmas and we cannot stop playing…

 

…it has been such a fun game!  Both he and Kensington have been playing it quite a bit.  I was afraid that it might be kind of hard, but all of the answers are located somewhere on the map (with symbols, words and such), so they set the timer and try to locate the answer to the questions.  This little game has been such a hit (and quite educational too!).

It’s good to be back, friends 😉 .

    My kids would LOVE that game! They play Stack the States and Shake the States on their Ipads all the time. These were especially popular on our road trip to Colorado!

    You mentioned that the devotional is good for singles. My sister is going through a difficult break up and worries she will never find the right person and get married. She could really use some encouragement right now. Would it be good for a single girl in her 20s? Thanks! Oh and glad you are feeling better after surgery.     OK, I need to order this game! My 4th grade daughter Olivia (9.5 yrs) loves geography, states/capitals. We got the Brainquest state game, another good one for Xmas and have been playing it a ton! She will love this! Love all your favorites and hope your feeling better!

      Oh gosh! That’s so hard!!! I love them both. Please don’t make me pick 😉 . I love that the better is a little leaner/more fitted, but the fleecy is a little cozier.
