Don’t know what to make this week for supper?  No worries!  I have you covered!  From a yummy roast that will make your whole house smell divine to a cozy soup for winter and some slow cooker recipes too, I have your menu here!  I even have breakfast for dinner…because that’s always more fun than having dinner for dinner, right?! 😉   Happy Monday, friends!

Best Slow Cooker Roast

Yes, yes, YES!!  My mother-in-law’s Best Slow Cooker Roast is what’s for dinner tonight!  I promise you…this one will be on repeat at your house this winter!!

Chicken Enchilada Soup

We could eat Chicken Enchilada Soup for dinner every night.  It’s easy, it’s good and my whole family loves it…plus, it’s prepared in the slow cooker, so it’s simple!

Pork & Beans over Rice

My Pork & Beans over Rice whips up in the slow cooker which makes your hump day a whole lot easier!

Spinach & Gruyere Stew

This spin on a traditional stew has spinach and Gruyere cheese.  You’re welcome.

Migas Breakfast Casserole

Breakfast for dinner on a Friday…that involves bacon and chips…yes, please!  My Migas Breakfast Casserole is the perfect way to end your week!

Berry Cherry Rhubarb Cobbler

This is one of my very favorite little recipes!  This rhubarb season, you need to whip up my Berry Cherry Rhubarb Cobbler!  This one is just so delicious!!

      No, I don’t freeze meat, so I haven’t tried that.

    Made the chicken enchilada soup for dinner last week and it was so good!! So easy to make and we all loved it!! My picky seven-year-old even asked for seconds!!
